B. SHIPPING POLICIES

We hired third party for our product deliveries from our business point to door step of our valuable users'. We highly recommend our users' that do not let go the delivery person from your door step until you verify your product. Please check your product by open it at your door step with phone recording only. In case of product swapping, damage you will be able to record it on spot and will be able to claim a new product for any swapping and damage within 72 hours.

Return Policy:

We offer 72 hours exchange and replacement in case of any product damages or you found a product damage at your door step only.

Exchange Policy:

Refund Policy:

We offer 100% replacement of damaged product and 100% free repair in the product during the warranty period, however, we are unable to process any refunds once the order has been purchased, Refunds are eligible only when the ordered product is out of stock or when we cannot deliver the product.

Shipping:

Hexser usually takes minimum 3-12 maximum days to deliver products depending on the locations from the date of order dispatch. C. WARNING AGAINST FRAUDLENT ACTIVITIES

Fake Price Lottery/ Product/ Gift/ warning tricks: Hexser do not offer such monthly, quarterly, annually Free Price Lottery/ Free Product/ Free Expensive Gifts etc for business promotions through any email, through any print media, through any employee etc. If you suspect that any type of action is being perform nearby you, your colleagues and in or nearby your area kindly inform us before you deal with them independently. Without our knowledge if get trapped and being looted by them we will not be responsible for any personal and financial damage.
